Favorite medical grade skincare products!

Welcome back to my Blog! As you know, I am VERY serious about skincare! I love makeup but I know how important it is to make sure you take care of your skin first. My favorite brand is SkinMedica, for sure. It is all medical grade and backed by science. All of their products are amazing, WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM UNAUTHORIZED BUYERS. There are people online that try to sell it for very cheap and it is not real. You can buy it online HERE. The SkinMedica website has links on where to buy it. The first thing is to wear SPF, always. MAKE SPF YOUR BFF. Even if you're just driving, wear it. The sun is the number one cause of premature aging. I cannot stress it enough. SkinMedica has the best sunscreen. I love the Total Defense & Repair-not only does it protect your skin, it repairs sun damage. IT IS A DOUBLE WIN.  Second, I SWEAR BY SkinMedica's HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator. Most people don't know the difference between a hydrator and a moisturizer. A MOISTURIZER hydrates from the outside in. HYDRATOR hydrates from the inside out! If there is one thing (other than SPF) that I strongly recommend, it would be HA5 (I've even made my boyfriend get hooked on it.) My favorite cleanser is SkinMedica's AHA/BHA exfoliating cleanser. Exfoliating is very important, it gets rid of the dead skin! (you shouldn't exfoliate daily.) Nightly, I use HA5 and  SkinMedica's TNS Eye Repair. That is all I use on my skin. I think less is more. I know these products work for me and many others. I love that SkinMedica has so much research, I'm woman, I like proof of things and knowing that they work!
